To register for the symposium, please fill in the\u00a0registration form<\/a>, send your abstract to our\u00a0e-mail ses@famnit.upr.si<\/a>\u00a0and pay the registration fee as a bank transfer. If you are employed and the registration fee is covered by your institution, we will send the invoice to them.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PREAPRATION OF ABSTRACTS:<\/mark><\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Language of the symposium<\/strong>: presentations (lectures, posters) should be in English.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

LANGUAGE OF THE ABSTRACTS<\/strong>: Due to the international participation and the co-financing from the Interreg Italy-Slovenia programme, the book of abstracts will be prepared in three languages<\/strong> (Slovenian, English and Italian). PLEASE PREPARE THE ABSTRACT IN AT LEAST TWO OF THE LANGUAGES LISTED<\/strong>, and when registering, mark whether you agree that the organizing committee will take care of the missing translations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please prepare the abstract in a Word document and send it to ses@famnit.upr.si<\/a> at the time of registration. Authors are kindly requested to follow the INSTRUCTIONS <\/strong>below when formatting their abstracts:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Scientific Committee will review the content of each paper and inform the authors if any corrections are necessary.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

IMPORTANT<\/mark>:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Presenters are kindly requested to adhere to the set presentation time which will be determined at the time of publication of the programme (between 10 and 15 minutes). Presentations must be uploaded to the presentation computer before each set of lectures. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

REGISTRATION FEE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registration fee<\/strong>: \u20ac 50<\/strong> for employed persons and \u20ac 25<\/strong> for students, unemployed persons and pensioners. The fee includes the book of abstracts, organisation costs and refreshments during coffee breaks. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deadline <\/strong>for payment of the registration fee: 1 December 2024<\/p>\n\n\n\n

IMPORTANT<\/mark><\/strong>: Refund of the already paid registration fee is possible upon timely cancellation until 10 January 2025. No refund of the registration fee is possible for later cancellations.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
